Help and information / Power of Attorney

If you want someone else, such as a family member, tenant, or company employee, to manage your contracts and arrange for services or billing, they must be authorized to do so.

With a full power of attorney, you authorize to:

  • to represent yourself in all dealings with the network operator Elektrilevi OÜ and Eesti Energia AS by all service channels (incl. e-service)
  • conclude, amend and terminate network agreements and/or electricity contracts
  • consent to receive offers and to participate in surveys
  • report readings, view and pay bills
  • to carry out any other activity related to the network and / or electricity contract and to obtain any information.
  • With your limited authorization, you authorize:

  • to manage contracts and settle accounts with a specific reference number, or
  • for billing purposes only.
  • Authorization can be granted to manage all contracts as well as to manage a single reference number or group of reference numbers.

    NB! In order to be authorized, the authorized person must register as a user of the e-service.

    Power of attorney can also be submitted by e-mail or regular mail. To do this, you have complete and send us a signed power of attorney form.

  • A company can be represented by a member of the management board entered in the business register or by a person(s) authorised by a member of the management board.

    Please inform us so that we can register the member of the management board entered in the business register as a self-service user.

    In order to formalise the right of use to the person appointed to represent the company with a power of attorney, please send us the power of attorney.

    The digitally signed power of attorney can be sent by e-mail to ariklient@elektrilevi.ee.
