  • Quality, environment and occupational safety

Elektrilevi provides a service of strategic importance for society to almost every resident of Estonia, and so our priorities are to provide a reliable power supply for our customers, ensure that our employees and the general population remain safe, and preserve the environment around us.

  • Environmental impact

Elektrilevi regularly assesses the direct and indirect impact of its assets, operations, products and services on the environment and quality of life, as well as their potential impact and importance. In assessing the significance of environmental issues, we consider the likelihood and potential scope of environmental damage, the requirements in the law and the expectations of stakeholders. Significant environmental issues will shape the company's environmental objectives and the steps taken to meet those objectives.

  • Equal treatment principles

Elektrilevi follows the Equal Treatment Action Plan in accordance with the Electricity Market Act and treats all market participants equally. We update the plan regularly and the Competition Authority confirms whether it has been adhered to.

  • Processing of customer data

Customer data is any information that we possess about a customer, such as their name, personal identity number, contact details or language. We need this data primarily so that we can meet the contractual obligations we have to the customer, provide customer services and meet any legal requirements such as providing information to the authorities.
