In cooperation with the University of Tartu, Elektrilevi OÜ carried out the project "Management Development Programme 2011–2012" co-financed by the European Social Fund in the period from 07/09/2011 to 18/05/2012. The implementation of the development programme was supported by Enterprise Estonia's programme for the development of knowledge and skills.
