A network contract
A network contract has to be signed when you buy an apartment or a house or commercial premises and has to be terminated when you sell your property. The easiest way to sign or terminate a network contract and to change a price package is in our e-service.
Signing a network contract
For us to supply electricity to the consumption point, you need a network contract. In a network contract, we agree on the conditions for the electricity supply and the price package of the network service. A network contract must be signed within 30 days of the previous owner having submitted an application to terminate the network connection. Only one network contract per consumption point can be in force simultaneously.

What time do the rates apply?
The basic rate
applies 24 hours a day, regardless of the day of the week
The daytime rate
applies from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) at 07:00–22:00
The night-time rate
is valid from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) at 22:00–07:00, as well as on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays all night and day
The peak daytime rate
applies from November to March: from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) at 09:00–12:00 and at 16:00–20:00
The peak holiday rate
applies from November to March on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays at 16:00–20:00

Explanations of the Network Fees
Reactive energy fee is not applied to low-voltage apartment buildings that are predominantly residential premises with a main fuse rating of more than 63 A. Thus, jointly owned apartment buildings where the final customers of electricity are household clients, do not pay for reactive energy.
Reactive energy fee is not applied to low voltage network connections up to 63 A.
The electricity producer will pay a monthly network connection fee and a transmission capacity fee for each network connection. Monthly fee is the network fee shown in the price list and its price does not depend on the agreed transmission capacity.
The transmission capacity fee for low voltage will be paid on the basis of the agreed transmission capacity (ampere) and for medium-voltage, on the basis of agreed transmission capacity (kilowatt) for the volume that exceeds 630 kW :. If there is a difference between the production and consumption transmission capacities agreed in the network contract, we will apply the maximum network connection transmission capacity when implementing the transmission capacity fee.
Capacity fee:
The producer will pay a capacity fee if more than 120 hours of electricity per calendar
month is consumed from the network connection. The capacity fee is calculated on the
basis of the measured capacity utilized in the given month (measured as the maximum
hourly consumption).
The electricity producer will pay a transmission fee for the electricity consumed from the network. The electricity producer will not pay a transmission fee for the electricity supplied to the network.
For reactive energy, the producer will pay:
The network connection capacity fee will be paid by the buyer on a monthly basis for the maximum capacity (hourly average) measured at each connection point of the consumption point.
If the measured capacity exceeds the transmission capacity, a fee of 5 times the capacity fee specified in the price list will be added for the excess volume (incl. for consumption from the network and supplying to the network separately).
In the case of a multi-point consumption point, there are two options for calculating the capacity fee:
For the users with multiple connection points, we advise to choose the second option or payment based on the capacity of the point of consumption. This will avoid an increase in network fees per calendar month when due to the requirements of the user or network operator, using multiple access points is necessary.
Network 1 and Network 2 monthly fee
A monthly fee will be added to packages Network 1 and Network 2 if consumption in the previous year was missing or less than 250 kWh. The monthly fee will apply to packages Network 1 and Network 2 from 01.01.2020 if:

The peak daytime rate is valid from November to March: Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays) at 9:00–12:00 and at 16:00–20:00.

The peak holiday rate applies from November to March on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays at 16:00–20:00.
