It is very hard for consumers to find out the financial standing of their management company and check the accuracy of its payments for services provided, so we recommend that consumers of electricity – apartment owners' unions or associations or building associations – start paying us directly to minimise their risks.

To do this, you need to sign a network services contract, which is now signed by Eesti Energia together with the power contract. Signing such a contract is free.

How do I sign a contract?

First of all, electricity consumers must propose that the management company terminate its power and network services contract with Eesti Energia. Then the consumers must contact Eesti Energia's customer service or an Eesti Energia customer service manager in order to sign a new power and network services contract.

Before an apartment owner's union can sign a contract, it must also submit proof of an agreement made at the general meeting of the association nominating a person in whose name the power and network contract is to be signed as representative of the owner's union.

To conclude a contract, please come to a customer service centre. Representatives of apartment owners' unions or associations or building associations will need to produce their identification documents.
